The next Open Meeting will be held on Wednesday February 15th at the Truro Cricket Centre from 7.30 to 9.05. Documentation, which includes the Agenda and the minutes of the two previous meetings can be found here.
The Availability Form for the coming season can be found here. There are a few changes to the usual format: the travelling request is asking for availability (Anywhere, East or West) on each of the divisions and there is a request for you to give your consent to have the details printed in the 2012 Handbook.
Ron is asking for these to be returned to him by March 10th and if you can do it by the meeting that would be ideal.
He also needs £15 off you either by cheque or brown envelope.
